At MocCraftworks, customer satisfaction is important to us. We want customers to feel confident when shopping for MOC building block products. Please review the following policy for information about returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
To qualify for a standard return:
- The product should be unused and in its original condition.
- Original packaging should be included where reasonably possible.
- The customer should provide the order number or proof of purchase.
Certain items may be excluded from returns where permitted by applicable law.
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email service@moccraftworks.com with the following information:
- Your order number.
- The product name.
- The reason for the return.
- Clear photographs if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
Please do not send a product back before receiving return instructions from us.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.
Provide your order number and photographs showing the issue. After reviewing your request, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
4. Refund Processing
After an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.
Approved refunds will generally be initiated within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
5. Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to a change of mind or reasons not caused by our error, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
If a product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, please contact us before returning it so we can review the issue and advise on the appropriate arrangements.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us at service@moccraftworks.com.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability and approval by our customer service team.
7. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped may no longer be eligible for cancellation. If cancellation is not possible, you may contact us about the return process after delivery.
8. MOC Building Block Products
Please review product descriptions, component information, dimensions, and assembly requirements before purchasing.
If you believe your package is missing pieces or contains incorrect components, contact us with your order number and photographs of the package contents. We will review the issue and assist with an appropriate solution.
